Origins & Philosophy: Can you share the story behind Sentiré Pilates and what inspired the creation of your studio?

Holistic Approach: How does Sentiré integrate physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing into its Pilates programs?

Our approach is inclusive, contemporary, and rehab-focused Pilates. In fact, classes are private or semi-private (up to four people), which allows us to deliver a premium service tailored to beginners, individuals recovering from injury, and pre- and post-natal clients. The team relies on qualified instructors come from backgrounds in sports science, physiotherapy, and kinesiology. They focus on building strong relationships with each client to ensure they feel comfortable and supported during class. The outcome is that sessions are adapted to individual needs and include breathwork, verbal guidance, and hands-on corrections, as our main goal is mindful movement.

Studio Design & Experience: How do you design your studio environment to reflect mindfulness, comfort, and wellness principles?

All of this takes place in a calm and cosy space featuring light-toned décor, natural light, high ceilings, heated floors, air conditioning, mirrors for alignment, and a carefully designed sound and lighting system. One aspect we’re particularly proud of is our concierge service, as we deeply care about our clients and value the trust they place in us on their wellbeing journey.

We also encourage consistency and self-commitment through our loyalty programme, offering discounts ranging from 5% to 20% on bookings, as well as access to additional services such as physiotherapy and massage.

Community & Connection: What role does community play in the Sentiré Pilates experience, and how do you foster it?

Our studio includes a coffee and bar area, which our clients love using before and after class to relax and connect. We strive to go beyond a traditional client–studio relationship, focusing instead on building a genuine community. For this reason, we organise our own events and workshops to deepen knowledge of Pilates and create opportunities to socialise.
